Just to keep my few watchers up to date; i'm just practicing atm (mostly drawing, because a drawing is the base of everything huh? (: - aaaand continuing to finish my university - writing at my bachelors thesis, trying to complete as soon as possible. the topic is colour and light, so it's quite interesting to read and research.

buuut the reason for this new journal iiis: a tag and feature game - i never did a tag'game' before, but it's never too late to give it a try, hm?
thanks smirt for featuring! ^.^ - her art and her use of colours is so amazing and impressive ❥.. really worth to watch and so much to learn from o.o
(i actually didn't know that i'm able to feature.. how neat is that?!)

     # Each of the 10 first people responding to this journal will have three of their deviations featured right here. I'll choose the three deviations I like the most in their gallery.

     # If you answer, do the same in your journal, putting the tagger on the first place.

'Talent is a myth.
There's no evidence that talent actually exists. Nothing in the DNA studies points to some mysterious gene that can be identified as a talent for art, photography, painting, basketball, pinball, running, medicine, etc. Talent is built, not possessed. If it's in the epigenetic material, it would've been there since the dawn of man. Clearly, Cro-Magnon man did not have a gene for ping pong.'

i just HAD to share that (to my few followers..) . i want to motivate you to draw and practice (even if it's a bit hard sometimes..) but it's the only way to get better and learn (i mean - really learn) from your /and other's mistakes!

btw. if you hadn't heard of the muddy colours page before, it's an amazing site with so helpful and interesting posts from artists directly from the industry (and geniouses - hard working of course - too)
